Inspired by our hummingbird logo, we looked into Rufous Hummingbird.
Rufous is feisty and territorial, that reminds us a lot on strength and boldness.
Therefore, we curated a blend Brazil, Colombia and India.
Both Brazil and Colombia coffee sets a good base for the coffee,
delicate in acidity but with bold and strong body/mouthfeel, with citrus acidity and plum sweetness.
