This is a simple but awesome blend of two beans. Our Ethiopian beans are ever present with every sip, while the beans from Brazil extend the experience, providing the drinker with a lingering aftertaste of caramelised brown sugar. This is a very punchy blend, side effects may be improved memory and cognitive thinking, but of course this is totally untested.
This blend has great body, caramelised sugar, a lemony aroma and very well balanced acidity throughout. Good to go for all types of brewing.
