At Dear Green we roast coffee!  We train and educate.  We grind, brew and share. We pursue excellence in coffee.  We ensure every coffee we source meets our ethical policies, and we roast to maximise the sensory tasting experience.  Every bean is well considered, well sourced and only sold if it meets our QC tolerances.  We're obsessed!  We LOVE coffee!

Established in 2011, Dear Green Coffee Roasters is a coffee roaster and supplier of exclusively 'speciality' grade coffee beans.

Taking our name from our home city of Glasgow, known as ‘The Dear Green Place.' 

Our roastery and showroom is located in the heart of Glasgow's creative East End, within the The Glasgow Collective - just a stone's throw away from the legendary music venue and marketplace, the Barrowlands.  

We pride ourselves in sourcing and roasting only the highest quality of specialty grade coffee, and carry an ethical and social conscience in every element of our output.

We work alongside only a select few direct traders and farms who we know and trust, to ensure transparency, traceability and sustainability in every coffee that we roast. We’re also a Living Wage Foundation employer

For us, coffee isn't just coffee. Every coffee that we offer has been cultivated, picked, pulped, dried, milled, graded and shipped to us before we have the pleasure of roasting, profiling and delivering it to your door!

We supply a variety of businesses throughout the UK and internationally – all of which share our passion for great coffee.

We also host a number of speciality coffee events and competitions from our roastery and showroom here in Glasgow.
